How To Order

We are Open 10.30 til 3.30, Monday - Saturday
Please note, this is not a table reservation.

We take the current pandemic very seriously ... we have fewer people working to maintain a safe environment and have arranged seating to give adequate distancing. We have introduced online ordering from our menu on this website. You are most welcome to enjoy the garden, or sit indoors, or to take-away.

For hygiene reasons, we are serving all our meals using single-use eco-friendly vegware and PLA containers, tableware and utensils. We have a beautiful garden area, outdoor seating and well spaced tables indoors ... please respect social distancing rules and guidelines while at Designs. Face coverings should be worn indoors, except when seated.

We have tried to make the website as easy to use as possible, and to order online.

Entry to the café will be through the gate entrance and not through the Shop.

We have a 'Collection Point' for pre-ordered items ...
Enter through the gate at the ramped entrance (three doors up the street from the shop entrance), and the collection point is at the bottom of the ramp outside our kitchen window. 

There are three ways to order:

Method 1 ( preferred )
Use the online menu to see what's on offer, and select and order what you have chosen. At checkout, add a note to say when you want to collect and any other requests or requirements, then checkout and pay for your order. Unless you request a time, we will make up your order as quickly as possible and contact you when it is ready. We will put your order at the collection point. All done.

Method 2
Browse the online menu and then contact us to order or phone us on 07783 316884. We will make up your order as quickly as possible, unless you request a time, and you can collect it from the the collection point (details above). You can pay at the counter when you arrive.

Method 3
Enter through the gate entrance three doors up from the Shop, down the ramp and into the Café (there may be a queue) and order and pay at the counter, and then wait for your order to be completed.

We have nine outside, spaced to allow responsible distancing, a few under cover and twelve indoor tables. We will do our best to make sure you have everything you want.
